1st Shift 5:30am to 3:30pm Monday - Friday

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Factory Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized industrial work environment. This role is essential to keeping our facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and clean production areas including grinding, maintenance, shipping & receiving, and other departments
• Clean and degrease shop machines using appropriate cleaning agents
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and other supplies
• Empty trash and garbage containers across the facility and properly dispose of waste
• Clean common areas such as break rooms, locker rooms, and entryways
• Wash interior and exterior windows as needed
• Notify management of maintenance needs such as broken fixtures or burnt-out lights
• Follow all safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Maintain cleaning equipment and keep janitorial closets organized

Requirements:

• Prior janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to lift 40 lbs, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a factory environment with exposure to grease, dust, and machinery
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
