Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk – Part-Time

📍 Thomaston, CT | In-Office, Monday–Friday (flexible hours)


Our client, a local manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced part-time Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a steady role with consistent hours in a supportive office environment.


What you’ll do:

  • Enter invoices into the accounting system and ensure accuracy
  • Research and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies
  • Assist with processing and applying cash receipts
  • Support both accounts payable and receivable functions


What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable/Receivable experience required
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with the Plex system a plus
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
  • Must be able to work in-office all 5 days per week


Schedule: 20–25 hours per week, Monday–Friday (some flexibility on daily hours)
