Your Role

As an OB Laborist, you will:

• Provide inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN care within a shared OB/midwife model
• Perform operative consults and C-sections as clinically indicated
• Supervise and support midwives, nurses, and medical assistants
• Serve as a clinical leader and advocate for collaborative, patient-centered care
• Partner with the Medical Director on quality improvement and care model evolution

What We’re Looking For

• MD or DO, Board-Certified in OB/GYN
• Passion for patient-centered, trauma-informed, and equitable care
• Experience collaborating with midwives preferred (not required—strong support for new grads)
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and team mindset
• Comfort with or interest in telehealth and innovative care delivery models

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $285,000 – $310,000
• Full-time or part-time options available
