About the Practice
Join a respected, well-established private OB/GYN practice led by a compassionate physician and supported by a dedicated team of midwives, PAs, and administrative staff.
Highlights include:
- Manageable call schedule: 1 call day per week from home and 1 weekend per month (with post-call day off)
- Busy, efficient office: 25–35 patients per day
- 35–40 deliveries per month
- Supportive team: midwives, PAs, experienced administrator, and front office staff
- Minor procedures at a state-of-the-art facility
- Practice culture built on respect, professionalism, and genuine care for patients and staff
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and team-oriented OBGYN who values personalized, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care: deliveries, prenatal/postnatal care, gynecological procedures
- Collaborate with midwives, PAs, and support staff for seamless patient care
- Participate in call rotation (1 call/week, 1 weekend/month, post-call day off)
- Hospital call is from home

- Full-time or part-time flexibility available
Qualifications
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
- Must reside in NJ
- Commitment to exceptional, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
