Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OBGYN) – Private Practice Opportunity

About the Practice

This well-established private OB/GYN practice, led by a highly respected and dedicated physician, with a team of midwives has built a reputation for excellence and patient trust. The practice features:

• A busy and well-organized office, seeing approximately 25–35 patients per day
• 35–40 deliveries per month
• A supportive, efficient team including 3 midwives, 2 PAs, an administrator, and seasoned front office staff
• Deliveries at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, featuring a Level III NICU and three robotic surgery systems
• Minor procedures performed at the Short Hills Surgery Center, a state-of-the-art facility

You’ll be joining a physician known for her compassion, professionalism, and genuine care for both her patients and her staff — someone who leads by example and fosters a respectful, collegial work environment.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and team-oriented Obstetrician/Gynecologist who shares our commitment to personalized, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, including deliveries, prenatal and postnatal care, and gynecological procedures
• Collaborate closely with midwives, physician assistants, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in call rotation: 1 call per week and one weekend per month, with post-call day off
• Hospital call is from home (must reside within NJ 15–20 minutes of Overlook Medical Center per bylaws)

Schedule Options:

• Full-time or part-time flexibility available

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New Jersey
• Must reside within a 15–20 minute radius of Overlook Medical Center
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
