Location: Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, TX

Schedule: 1:3 Call (and looking to grow to 1:4)

Join an established, high-volume OBGYN, delivering compassionate care to an underserved population in the thriving Dallas–Fort Worth metro area. We’re looking to add a third and fourth physician to our collaborative team to support a growing patient base and improve call coverage.

Position Highlights:

• Balanced OB:GYN Practice – Approximately 60% OB / 40% GYN
• High Volume – Averaging 75 deliveries/month and 25 patients/day
• Call Schedule – Currently 1:2, aiming for 1:4 with growth
• Two hospitals: Robotics available at both sites with Level 1 and III NICUs
• Supportive Infrastructure: NP on staff to supervise ancillary team
• Double scrubbing is standard for surgical cases

• Income Guarantee: Base + bonuses, even after guarantee period
