With 28 physicians and 10 CRNAs, this team blends deep experience with flexibility and collaboration. We’re seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our growing team — someone who values clinical autonomy, collegiality, and the chance to work in a high-acuity, well-supported environment.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Minimum of 1 week/month

• Case Mix: ~25% cardiac cases

• Call Structure: (Optional)

• 1st call from hospital

• 2nd/3rd call from home

• Cardiac and general call options available

• Post-call time off guaranteed

What We’re Looking For

• MD or DO; BC/BE in Anesthesiology

• TEE certification required

• CT medical license (active or the ability to obtain)

• Clean DEA and background

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $500K–$550K with full call schedule

• Health insurance, malpractice coverage, profit sharing, 401(k)
